fx-CG language files

An fx-CG language file is a data file containing strings for internationalizing CASIOWIN on fx-CG and derivatives. It can be identified using the G3L extension, and uses the CASIO container with subtype Ly755   \x2C\0\x01\0\x01\0 and 0x04 type in the subheader; see By CASIO container subtype for more information.
